NOTE: We are a private business and reserve the rights to adjust our rates based on business needs. Below are our 2026 & 2027 rates for daily & short term monthly stays. WE ARE NOW OFFERING TENT AND CAR CAMPING!

Nightly Rate: We offer weekday and weekend rates for all of our sites:
The nightly rate paid by you, our guest, includes 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional guests will be an additional $5 fee per person. No more than 6 persons are allowed per site; this includes visitors that may stop by for the day.
Monthly Rate: We offer short term monthly rates for all sites occupied longer than 28 days during initial booking (longer than 180 days is not permitted):
The rate paid by you, our guest, includes 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional guests will be an additional $50 fee per person per month. No more than 6 persons are allowed per site; this includes visitors that may stop by for the day. (Note: The rates above are flat rates and are tax exempt)
Day Use: There is a $25 charge for day use. Please check into the Campground Office where you will be provided a parking pass, parking location information, and access to the grounds. This includes parking for the Boat Ramp.
Boat Ramp: There is a $10 charge for use of our boat ramp. Please check into the Campground Office to pay for access – if you also need parking you’ll need a day use pass to access our parking area.
Dump Station: Our Dump Station is free to use by all registered guests, otherwise there is a $20 fee for use of only our Dump Station.
PAYMENT POLICY
Daily Guests: We require a 100% deposit to be paid up front on the day a reservation is made for all daily reservations and a card is to be saved on file. Worry Free Bookings Travel Protection is provided as an optional add on “Cancel Any Time Coverage” to receive up to a 75% reimbursement for eligible cancellations during the 14 day protected period – subject to their terms – Worry Free Travel Protection is not refundable.
Monthly Guests: We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid up front on the day a reservation is made for all monthly reservations and a card is to be saved on file. Your deposit is held in the case of an early departure from your site. We require all monthly guests to provide a card that will automatically be charged on the 1st of each month. Upon check-in, all monthly guests will be required to pay a prorated monthly cost based on the date you move in, sign our rules and waiver form, and receive an escort to their site + orientation from our Camp Manager.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily Guests: Cancellations made prior to 14 days before initial check in time (1pm) are subject to a $25 cancellation fee while the rest of your deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation made within 14 days of your anticipated arrival date will forfeit the deposit or be able to move that reservation to a future booking. If you are a “no show” you forfeit the deposit. Worry Free Bookings Travel Protection as an optional add on to add “Cancel Any Time Coverage” to receive up to a 75% reimbursement for eligible cancellations during the 14 day protected period – subject to their terms – Worry Free Travel Protection is not refundable.
Monthly Guests: Guests cancelling their monthly reservations will forfeit their $100 deposit
