2026 Campground Rates
NOTE: We are a private business and reserve the rights to adjust our rates based on business needs. Below are our 2026 rates for daily & monthly stays.
UNDER NEW OWNERS WE ARE NOW OFFERING TENT AND CAR CAMPING!
Nightly Rate: We offer weekday and weekend rates for all of our sites:
The rate paid by you, our guest, includes 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional guests will be an additional $50 fee per person per month. No more than 6 persons are allowed per site; this includes visitors that may stop by for the day. (Note: The rates above are flat rates and are exempt from state and county lodging taxes)
Day Use: There is a $25 charge for day use. Please check into the Campground Office where you will be provided a parking pass, parking location information, and access to the grounds.
PAYMENT POLICY
Daily Guests: We require a 50% deposit to be paid up front on the day a reservation is made for all daily reservations and a card is to be saved on file. Your remaining balance will be automatically applied to the card on file once we have confirmed your check-in.
Monthly Guests: We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid up front on the day a reservation is made for all monthly reservations and a card is to be saved on file. Your deposit is held in the case of an early departure from your site. We require all monthly guests to provide a card that will automatically be charged on the 1st of each month. Upon check-in, all monthly guests will be required to pay a prorated monthly cost based on the date you move in, sign our rules and waiver form, and receive an escort to their site + orientation from our Camp Manager.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily Guests: Cancellations made prior to 2 days before initial check in time (1pm) are subject to a $25 cancellation fee while the rest of your deposit will be refunded. Any reservation made within 2 days of your anticipated arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit or be able to move that reservation to a future booking. If you are a “no show” you forfeit the 50% deposit.
Monthly Guests: Guests cancelling their monthly reservations will forfeit their $100 deposit.
