Cancellation Policy: Daily Guests: Cancellations made prior to 2 days before initial check in time (1pm) are subject to a $25 cancellation fee while the rest of your deposit will be refunded. Any reservation made within 2 days of your anticipated arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit or be able to move that reservation to a future booking. If you are a “no show” you forfeit the 50% deposit.
Monthly Guests: Guests cancelling their monthly reservations will forfeit their $100 deposit.

Located on the Waterwheel Campground, this cozy retreat offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to Oregon’s most iconic destinations.
The Space
This unique log cabin apartment above the Waterwheel Campground is a unique gathering place to add onto a family RV gathering or as your fly fishing headquarters? Does Aunt Betty want to join the trip but doesn’t do RV’s? Book this! Do you have little ones and want to actually sleep on your trip and give them their own space? Book this! Does Cousin Eddy snore and you can’t imagine sleeping in an RV with him? Book this!
With a beautiful view over the campground and a peaceful river running by, the extra space and private access is awesome!!! This apartment has front and rear access, an attached yard and doggy door, laundry and inside dining for 6 at the dining table + 4 at the game table along with covered deck space with outside dining for 8 people. This space has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind.
Downstairs in the guide/family room you have a pull out queen and a pullout full bed, laundry room and mini bar. Upstairs you have a room with a queen bed and a queen daybed, full bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and living room. This is a great place to relax, play games or can be your fly fishing headquarters with great views and access!
